This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the steps required to import data to LaunchControl and create a new campaign.
Format of the file
Our team will provide an additional Excel file with four sheets. One sheet is a general sheet named "all", and the other three sheets segment properties based on their action plan - "urgent", "high", and "low", adhering to the recommendations in the OnePager.
These sheets will contain the same information as the marketing list. However, a maximum of three phone numbers will be listed per row. So, if a property has nine phone numbers and its action plan is marked as urgent, that property will appear in three rows. In order to enable import into LaunchControl, we modify the LastName to LastName-X-date, with the aim of making each entry unique. Here, X is a counter and date is the current date in the format yyyy-mm-dd.
All phone numbers will be added if the property is marked as urgent. If it's marked as high, the first six phone numbers will be added; if it's marked as low, only the first three will be added. This approach aligns with the recommendations in the OnePager.
