You MUST have TWO exams created if using the Test Center for local students and our proctor vetting service for off-campus, remote students. The exams must be labeled "For Test Center" or "For Off-Campus Proctor." Clearly labeling the exam helps Test Center staff with auditing exam settings and clarifies to the students which exam to select.
1) Time Limit must be selected. This number should match your exam submission in RegisterBlast. Please note that the exam length should be no longer than class length unless otherwise arranged & the exam length should be appropriate for the exam with NO added time built in.
2) Multiple Attempts box should be selected if you give multiple attempts.
3) The "For Off-Campus Proctor" exam must have a password provided to access the exam. This password must match your RegisterBlast submission to the Test Center exactly. IP filtering IS NOT used for off-campus exams.
The "For Test Center" exam must have the IP Filtering box selected. Please use the Exam Accommodation Center and Online Testing Center option by clicking on the magnifying glass.
4) If you require Respondus LockDown Browser (LDB), make sure that it is selected. Please also note the Test Center requirement that the LDB navigation link be visible. If you allow simple or scientific calculators to be used, you must also enable this function in LDB settings.
5) The Assign To dates must match those provided by the Test Center in your exam submission via RegisterBlast.

A reminder that the name of your exam in Canvas must match the name provided in your exam submission to the Test Center.
1) Time Limit must be toggled on. This number should match your exam submission in RegisterBlast. Please note that the exam length should be no longer than class length unless otherwise arranged & the exam length should be appropriate for the exam with NO added time built in.
2) If you give multiple attempts on an exam, multiple attempts should be toggled on.

4) If you use Respondus LockDown Browser (LBD) and allow students to use a basic or scientific calculator, the 'Allow Calculator' setting must be toggled on in the New Quiz settings. Do NOT make any changes to LBD settings.
