Here, you can upload your consent forms to the system. You can create as many forms as you'd like. If this seems like too much of a pain in the ass, you can email them to onboarding@keepthefees.com and we'll take care of it for you.

Product Categories are buckets to help organize your Product Inventory. You can also use Categories to set commissions.
For example, if you set 10% commission for an artist in the Aftercare category, all Aftercare products that the artist sells will earn that artist a 10% commission.

At Keep The Fees, we focus on making your new shop management system as easy as possible and as flexible as possible. You can even use your existing aftercare instructions! Here's how:

Here, you can add an item to your product inventory. You can set how many you currently have in stock and set up alerts to reorder when stock is low.

Create a new service that can be booked on the calendar. These Services can be paid (tattoos/piercings) or unpaid (such as consultations) and deposits are optional (you'll set up deposits and commissions on the Edit Artist page).

This guide shows you how easy and quick it is to upload your current inventory from an Excel sheet to the system.

Add basic contact info, important files, commission rates, and the weekly schedule for your artists. Do this once and the commission calculation magic happens behind the scenes!
