      Data Security:

      We use a robust infrastructure based on trusted platforms and regularly conduct thorough security tests, including audits by third parties, to ensure an optimal level of security.

      Your sensitive information is securely stored in our fully encrypted database using AES-256 protocol. All data in transit on our application is end-to-end encrypted using HTTPS with 256-bit encryption. We also use HTTPS protocol on all our services, using TLS 1.2 and newer versions, with only modern encryption algorithms.

      We collaborate with trusted partners like Flinks to secure financial data. Flinks is a subsidiary of the National Bank of Canada that adheres to the highest standards of data security.

      Data Usage:

      Trustii uses your data responsibly and transparently. It is primarily used to establish your application file and for research purposes. We ensure that collected data is anonymized to strengthen our database and improve the accuracy of our results, without ever linking your identity to this information.

      We request your Social Insurance Number to facilitate access to your Equifax® credit file, but this number is encrypted and not included in reports shared with requesting users.

      Banking connection is used to authenticate and validate certain information, but it is secure and does not grant access to your personal information.
