Please make sure you add the following information to your email.
Organization Name (to be listed on Stellar)
Description of your organization (up to 2,000 characters)
Organization's phone number (area code included)
Organization's preferred timezone
Organization's Legal name (how it is filed with your state)
EIN or Local Business license number
State which authorized the license
Also include the following details so we can confirm the person requesting this is an authorized party to made this request.
