New to Zoomph? Welcome aboard, we're excited to be working with you! To get started, we will need your help with two things:
Authentication is the first step we need to building out your Zoomph account!
What is Authentication?
The process of connecting your owned and operated social accounts to the Zoomph platform. This allows Zoomph to connect to each of the social platforms' API to pull in posts in real-time for any account. This also allows Zoomph to pull in true impressions and any boosted/promoted post metrics.
Note: Instagram Stories, Facebook Reels, and TikTok posts are only available in the Zoomph platform for authenticated accounts.
During the onboarding process, you'll be given access to Airtable (it’s like a spreadsheet tool, but way cooler) to track your organization’s partners, social handles, broadcast schedules, and relevant campaigns. Throughout our partnership, we will use Airtable to keep track of any updates or changes that need to be made.
