Agent Access Edit Project 2026

Enhanced Line of Insurance Duplication Options

When duplicating a Line of Insurance, users now have the option to copy both the Fields tab information and the Legal Description tab information to the new line, if needed. This enhancement eliminates duplicate keying and streamlines the duplication process. 

Unlock an Acreage Line After Verification

Previously, agents were unable to make changes to a line of insurance once it had been verified. With this enhancement, agents can now unlock an acreage line and make necessary updates for up to 30 days following the commodity’s ARD. After completing all revisions, the agent can re‑verify the lines and upload the required documents through Document Management to finalize the ARD process. Please note, if the commodity includes LP, the IRR and NIRR coverages must be unlocked separately.

Override the T‑Yield Map Area by Editing the Map Area

Right now, the system sets the T-Yield Map Area based on FCIXREF files and the CLUs on the acreage line. If those files have an error, the map area can be set wrong — and users can’t fix it when all CLUs fall inside the mapped area. Users now have the ability to edit the Map Area so they can override the T-Yield Map Area if needed.

A new ‘Go To Line’ dropdown has been added to the Edit Acreage Line header, allowing users to quickly jump to any acreage line for the selected commodity. The menu displays all current line numbers, defaults to the line being viewed, and supports both selecting from the list or typing a line number. This feature is available to all user roles and helps streamline navigation between lines.

Streamlined Same Year Production Reporting (SYPR)

We’ve revamped Same Year Production Reporting (SYPR) to make it faster, smoother, and easier than ever. Thanks to valuable feedback from our Agents, we’ve streamlined the process and improved how SYPR works in the system. Most of the visible enhancements can be found on the APH tab, helping you key SYPR—whether at the Acreage or Unit level—more quickly and with less hassle.

Separate Quick Quote Lines for MPCI and Seed Endorsements

There will now be a separate line on the quick quote report for the regular MPCI line and the Seed Endorsement line. This will now correlate with how the Max Estimate displays.  ​

Preserve Field Names When Using the Update F/T/F from CLU Tool

When updating a CLU using the Update F/T/F From CLU tool, the Field Name from the original CLU is automatically carried forward to the new CLU shape(s). If one map shape is updated to multiple CLU shapes, the original Field Name is applied to each new CLU. If multiple map shapes are updated to a single CLU shape, the Field Name from the first original shape selected in the tool is applied. This eliminates the need for manual Field Name updates.

Agents: Dual Season Policy Change Request for Spring SCD

 is now in AgriNet and ready for policy entry! 

Replant Levels for 2025 and forward will limit offerings of Replant Option and Replant Endorsement coverage to the correct coverage amount by state/crop. 

If an invalid amount is entered, a message will appear stating: “Service Error: Insurance Amount Per Acre must be one of the available values for this Policy Form,” followed by the list of acceptable values for that crop, state, and policy form. 

Xtra discounts: If the policy keyed qualifies for the Xtra Discount, a note will be added to AgriNet on the Crop Summary. 

🐛Pecan Revenue APH Reporting has been corrected. Users are able to key Pecan Revenue APH in the first module.

🐛Cotton Seed Endorsement now has its own summary line on quotes when seed endorsement is elected. Previously it was included in the base coverage premium.

🐛NVS policies were unable to add TS to the existing HIP-WI coverage on the policy. This has now been corrected. 

🐛When the Revenue Plan Loss Estimator (RPLE) is generated, split lines were not combining on one line as the total revenue guarantee for the unit. This has now been corrected. 

🐛When the Revenue Plan Loss Estimator (RPLE) is generated, claim production is now showing on the form, once the adjuster has keyed production to count.

🐛When the Revenue Plan Loss Estimator (RPLE) is generated, cottonseed endorsement now has a separate location to reflect the SE guarantee. Previously it was combined with base coverage revenue guarantee.

Agents now have the ability to unlock APH ​databases for corrections beginning with the ​2026 crop year and forward.​ 

Unlocking is available on a county/crop basis.

Beginning Farm and Rancher (BFR) Processing

Keying Entity Information: Marital Status

✨Effective 2026 Reinsurance Year and beyond, the Marital and Insured Type Field will be hidden on the Insured Information tab. This information is no longer required by the RMA.​

✨Agents now have the ability to Unmask Tax IDs for both insureds and SBI, previously only allowed by Underwriting. The Tax ID will be defaulted to masked.

Adding an Insured: Defaulting to Agency and Agent

✨On the Insured, Policy, and Coverage Information tabs, the Agency and Agent name fields will now auto populate when only one option is available. If multiple options exist, the fields will remain blank for manual selection. This update reduces unnecessary clicks and helps streamline the user experience.​

✨For wheat, barley, and canola policies that have Dual Season in the same reinsurance year, insureds may choose a different coverage level, projected price percentage, or plan at the second SCD if certain requirements are met. To support this, a new checkbox will appear on the Coverage Information screen and in the Policy Change modal. This option will be labeled “Spring App After Fall SCD."

🚀 The option to exclude coverages with no acreage lines from the MPCI SOI at both the policy and batch levels, is now available. Within the print menu, the "

" setting can be found under Printing Options. When selected, any coverages without acreage lines will be omitted from the Coverage Summary Page.

FIP-SI (Fire Insurance Protection-Smoke Index)

 is now available for the Grapes commodity as a Supplemental Coverage within Quoting (Max Estimate). This option is available on grapes in California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. 

It may be selected in conjunction with SCO and ECO supplemental coverages. FIP-SI protection will be incorporated into Quick Quote in an upcoming sprint release. 

 feature is now available for corn, soybeans, wheat, peanuts, and cotton. 

To enable the Edit Prices icon, at least one of these eligible commodities must be selected from the Commodities drop‑down menu. Only the selected eligible crops will appear in the Add Batch Price window. After applying the override price and volatility values, the user must click Save to confirm the changes. 

A disclaimer will appear at the bottom of the window to notify the user of the update. 

improvements streamline the workflow by reducing clicks and optimizing default settings. 

The Effective Date field now includes a calendar icon for manual date selection, along with an optional checkbox located above the icon- that lets the user automatically apply the last five days. 

The interval column is renamed to “Endorsement Length” and defaults to checking all weeks while the Coverage Level field defaults to checking all coverage levels.  Coverage Level options are also reordered in descending order, starting at 100%. 

We’ve introduced a new enhancement to the Agent Edit Access project:  Agents now have the ability to cancel a coverage directly within AgriNet. 

Agents can now cancel a coverage up to 20 days after the Sales Closing Date. 

This update expands agent autonomy and reduces dependency on Underwriters for post‑SCD adjustments.

This enhancement allows users to input contract types, pricing details, and other key information without navigating multiple areas of the system. The update reduces errors, supports policy compliance, and streamlines the overall contract management workflow. 

This guide is essential for underwriters looking to efficiently add contracts to written agreements in AgriNet. It provides step-by-step instructions to ensure all necessary information is accurately entered, including contract types and pricing details. By following this guide, users can avoid common pitfalls and ensure compliance with policy requirements, ultimately streamlining the contract management process. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of seeking assistance when uncertain, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Underwriters: Adding a Contract to a Written Agreement Commodity

Hiding EU by Organic Practice at Acreage Level

The EU by Organic Practice will no longer be available at the acreage line level. It must be selected at the coverage level. 

Peak Selected Value & Endorsement Display Enhancements (RY2026+)

When the Peak Selected Value (PE) option is chosen on an acreage line, users must enter the Peak Selected Value, Commencement Date, and Termination Date in the Peak Endorsements User Interface, after which the system calculates the Peak Amount of Insurance. Beginning in RY2026 for commodity NVS (Nursery Value Select), the Peak Endorsements modal will include a new column displaying this calculated Peak Amount of Insurance directly in the active endorsement grid for improved visibility and accuracy. 

Percent Stand Reducing Incorrectly for 2026 Forward

The issue causing AgriNet to incorrectly reduce acres and guarantees for commodities with Percent Stand values above the reduction threshold has been corrected. Percent Stand will now calculate properly for all affected Plan 40 and Plan 50 commodities in 2026RY+, ensuring acres and guarantees remain accurate when Percent Stand is 80% or higher. Thank you for your patience while this was resolved.

The issue causing the Production Reporting Form to 

display incorrect Skip Row factors for blended Skip Row lines has been corrected

. The form will now accurately show the same Skip Row factors reflected in AGX and the Approved APH report.

CART unit dropdown to go in front of toolbar

The CART unit selections will now appear in front of the Mapping toolbar whenever the drop‑down menus open upward. This upward opening is usually triggered by your screen resolution or browser zoom level.  For the best visibility in Mapping, use a zoom level of 80–90% and a screen resolution of 1920×1080.

The system now provides a faster, clearer way to work with GPS data. Live X,Y coordinates appear in a blue, four‑decimal display at the bottom of the map and update automatically as the cursor moves. The Address search now accepts both addresses and GPS coordinates, detects the format automatically, and centers the map on the location. When a user searches for an address or GPS coordinates, the exact spot is marked with a star for easy identification of CLUs, RLUs, and other mapped areas.

Dry bean prices are set by RMA and vary based on the selected Plan of Insurance—Revenue Protection (RP) versus Yield Protection (YP). The system should display the correct price of share accordingly for each acreage line.  

 In this example, the YP plan should reflect a price of 0.88, which differs from the 0.44 price associated with the RP plan. 

Supplemental Coverage Duplicate Commodity

When adding Supplemental Coverage in Quoting, for a commodity with multiple types, the user will select a single commodity on the add screen. ​

However, once added, the main quoting screen will display coverage for all associated types.​

​Previously Napa-Grapes was listed multiple times without a distinction on which type was being selected. 

Users are now able to quote and print a Pecan Tree Max Estimate and Quick Quote. 

The issue preventing users from saving Max Estimate quotes with standard Category B annual lines has now been 

. Quotes can once again be saved successfully and previously saved quotes can be generated without errors.

Adding Acreage Lines to Exisiting Covering in Max Estimate

NVS Quick Quote was not generating a premium or subsidy for HIP WI or HIP WI TS on CAT coverage levels

. Previously, reviewing Rating for months prior to June caused the proration factor to reset to 1, impacting results even though this behavior should apply only to TDO commodities per CT1-1273—not to NVS.

NVS Quick Quote now calculates premiums and subsidies correctly for HIP WI and HIP WI TS at CAT coverage levels

Adding ECO/SCO BAND to APH Plans in Quoting

 in Quoting has now been corrected. ECO and SCO BAND options will now appear as expected whenever the corresponding coverage is selected.

We have removed the NULL selection from the legal description. Previously selecting NULL would give the user a blank quote.
