AMC Banking 365 BC - Quick guide

The quick guide helps you set up the basic data needed for AMC Banking.

Register:

The registration process is required to enable the use of the AMC Banking 365 BC extension within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Production environment.

In a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Sandbox environment, you are not required to register to use the AMC Banking 365 BC extension. You can utilize it as a demo version to explore and try out its functionality without any obligation.

The demo version provides access to key features, allowing users to evaluate the extension before committing to full registration. However, certain advanced functionalities may be limited or disabled in the demo mode. To unlock the full capabilities of AMC Banking 365 BC in a production environment, completing the registration process is required. The registration process involves submitting your license information. Once registered, all features will be fully accessible, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within your Business Central environment.

The registration process will provide step-by-step guidance throughout.

Assisted setup:

The assisted setup must be run after installing the AMC Banking 365 BC extension, when the extension is updated with new features or hotfixes or when setting AMC Banking in a new entity.

The assisted setup ensures that essential data, including the service URL, bank list, and payment methods, is up to date. It facilitates the configuration of the basic data required for the AMC Banking 365 BC extension.

Bank setup:

Setting up one or more banks is an essential requirement for effectively utilizing AMC Banking. These banks are later connected to your bank accounts to facilitate seamless transactions and account management.

Bank account setup:

By setting up the appropriate bank accounts in the system, users can effortlessly manage their financial transactions, including making payments, receiving funds, and reconciling statements.

Vendor/Vendor bank account setup:
