Payment Journal

[BCBA-274] Service URL inside Setup is ending with "/"

Release Description
Corrected an issue with Host2Host bank payments: the approval link returned an HTTP ERROR 400 because the URL contained double slashes (//). The link now works correctly.

[BCBA-275] When a payment journal contains more than one sender bank account,
the system deletes the existing XTL journal and creates a new one.

Release Description
Corrected an issue in the Credit Transfer Register: when a payment journal included multiple sender bank accounts, the register did not accurately reflect which XTL Journal was created in the web service. This has now been resolved.
