For each web call made between Business Central and AMC Banking, a token is required for security purposes during communication.
The User Tokens list shows which users have called AMC Banking and received a token, enabling communication between Business Central and AMC Banking. Only a superuser has access to view this data.
User NameSpecifies the user name of the user, as registed in Business Central.
Full NameSpecifies the full name of the user, as registed in Business Central.
TokenIf dot is shown, the users has received a token, enabling communication between Business Central and AMC Banking. Tokens have a limited lifespan, and the user will receive a new one the next time a web call is made, provided they are still a valid user.
Last updatedSpecifies the date and time of the last token renewal.
Manage
DeleteDelete the user token to ensure the user no longer has access to communicate between Business Central and the AMC Banking web service, or to trigger a token renewal the next time the user performs a web call.
Get new tokenThe system administrator can request a new token on behalf of the user if needed.The system administrator must have SUPER permissions to perform this action.
