Troubleshooting
Issue: Attributes not appearing in the staff profile.
Solution: Verify that the attribute has been created in the settings and is active.
Issue: Attribute warnings not triggering during shift assignments.
Solution: Ensure attributes are assigned to both staff profiles and shift requirements.
Issue: Duplicate attributes in the system.
Solution: Merge or delete redundant attributes to maintain a clean system.
Practical Example
A shift requires a staff member with AUSLAN Proficiency to assist a non-verbal client. If a scheduler attempts to assign a staff member without this attribute, Time & Attendance will display a warning. This ensures that only qualified staff are assigned, maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.
