This global setting provides the option to configure the calendar schedule as either weekly or fortnightly, depending on the organisation’s rostering cycle

Key Features and Configurations

Weekly vs. Fortnightly Availability

  • Description: Choose between a weekly or fortnightly schedule to set recurring staff availability.

  • Purpose: Provides flexibility to accommodate different organisation rostering cycles or shift patterns.

  • Options:

    • Weekly: Staff availability repeats every week.

    • Fortnightly: Staff availability repeats every two weeks.

Step-by-Step Instructions

How to Configure Availability

  • Navigate to Time & Attendance > Settings from the side navigation menu.

  • Select Availability.

Step 1: Set Weekly or Fortnightly Availability

  • Choose Weekly or Fortnightly from the available options.

    • Click Save.

Step 2: Update Individual Staff Availability

  • Go to Time & Attendance > Availability

    • Select a staff member and click Week 1 or Week 2.

    • Update their availability or unavailabilty

    • Click Save.

  • Part-Time Staff:
