BKM Social Media Guidelines for Vendors & Partners

    Why This Matters

Our vendors and partners play a critical role in telling the BKM story. Whether you're sharing about a successful collaboration, highlighting a project at a BKM property, or using our logo in your promotional content, these guidelines ensure that our brand is represented consistently and professionally.

When Can Partners/Vendors Post About BKM?

✅ You may post about BKM when:

    • You have completed a project or event in partnership with us

    • You're showcasing a BKM property with permission

    • BKM is sponsoring or featured in your event

    • You're resharing BKM’s own social content (with credit)

🚫 Please do not post about BKM when:

    • You haven't received approval to mention our name, properties, tenants, or people

    • You’re speculating on strategy, finances, or future plans

    • You are promoting a partnership or claim that hasn’t been publicly announced

    Logo usage for partnership posts

If you are posting about a BKM property, deal, or partnership—whether it’s a completed project, a co-branded announcement, or any collaboration with BKM: You MUST include the official BKM logo clearly on the image or graphic.

The logo must be given equal prominence in co-branded visuals

    Examples below

Using the BKM Brand & Logo

    • Use only official BKM logos. Need our logo files or a branding kit? Click here to access them.

    • Do not stretch, recolor, distort, or crop the logo

    • Always leave clear space around the logo

    • Logos may not be placed over busy backgrounds or competing brand visuals. The correct color versions to be used are either BKM orange/ BKM gray, BKM orange/ BKM white or inverted to white.
Examples of the correct logo usage

    • For co-branded graphics, BKM’s logo should appear with equal visual weight
