For reference, here is the process for registering cards via BOLD (front office):
1. Ensure Talent record has pre-requisite info on file (First Name, Last Name, DOB, SSN, Physical Address with Zip & Geocode). The file must have this data saved prior to card registration.
2. Go to Talent>Tax in BOLD
3. Click the Edit icon in the top right
4. Under Accounting Information, click Add an Account
1. Select the Account Type of “CHANGE Black Card” or "CHANGE Virtual Card"
2. Routing number will auto-populate based upon what is entered in the Marketplace.
3. Enter in 13-digit Account number (330+10-digit card ID). PHYSICAL cards ONLY, not needed for Virtual Card Activation.
4. After filling out all info, the Activate button will appear to the right of the Account Number. Click to register the card.
5. Please wait a few seconds for the Activated message to appear. A success message should appear once registered.
