1 - Log in

You need to be a registered coach on Swimcloud to manage your team, roster, and submit entries. Swimcloud customer service policy requires that we verify a coach's identity and association with a team so if you do not have a Swimcloud account, please register ASAP.

2 - Select Your Roster

Select the swimmers who will be attending the meet.

3 - Add Entries

NOTE: If you are entering someone into the 100 IM using their 200 IM time, you will receive an error. This is fine. Simply enter them with the 200 IM time and we will manually verify it has met the qualifying standard.

Individual Events

As a reminder, you are able to enter a swimmer into a maximum of three (3) individual events

Relay Events

Relay times are owned by the team. If a swimmer qualifies for the meet via a relay then they must swim on an A relay or they will be disqualified.

4- Add Coaches

Click on the the COACHES tab to add the coaches from your staff that will be attending. Check if they need a deck pass or if they should receive meet emails from Swimcloud.

5- Review, edit, print, and submit your entries

1. You may edit your entries right up to the entry deadline.
