Patients submitting ePRO symptoms receive a real-time response to their symptoms via a Symptom Plan with education and self-care instructions

Details are available to support a personalized care team response to a specific symptom within the alert banner and throughout the dashboard

Symptom pathways can be accessed to support a response to an alert that has been generated by patient report

Primary reviewers are a required assignment, but practices maintain full visibility for coverage needs

An ePRO question set schedule can be added to the default schedule for any patient and edited as needed.
