Contract Adjustment (Redline) Process

    Standard Operating Procedure for Handling Contract Redlines from a Partner

    Purpose

    To ensure a smooth and efficient process for managing contract redlines received from partners, ensuring that all adjustments are reviewed, submitted, and communicated accordingly.

    Scope

    This procedure applies to all team members involved in the contract negotiation and revision process.

    Procedure Steps

    1. Receive Contract Redlines

    - Acknowledge receipt of the redlined contract from the partner.

    - Review the redlines for clarity and completeness.

    2. Submit the Adjusted Contract via the form below:

    3. Geoff Skoch Review

    - Once the contract has been submitted through the form, Geoff will receive a notification to review the submitted contract redlines.

    - He may provide feedback or request further clarifications if necessary.

    4. Submit to Legal

    - Once Geoff reviews the redlines, he may submit the adjusted contract to the legal team if necessary.

    5. Update Contract Draft

    - Geoff will incorporate any accepted revisions into the updated draft of the contract.

    -When the contract is approved by Geoff and/or Legal, the status will be updated in "In Progress: B2B team" and you will be notified via email that a new version is ready for review.

    7. Communicate Updates

    - Once approved, prepare to send the revised contract back to the partner.

    - Include a summary of the changes made in the communication to the partner.

    8. Final Steps

    - Send the finalized contract to the partner.

    - Document the completion of the process in monday.com by updating the status to "Completed".

    - Keep a copy of all versions of the contract and correspondence for record-keeping.

    Responsibilities

    - B2B Team members are responsible for initiating the process upon receiving redlines.

    - Geoff Skoch is responsible for reviewing and approving the contract.
