OVERVIEW

Teachers will receive an email notification when a supervisor initiates the differentiated observation process. The Differentiated Observation process has three main phases, including the Action Plan, Mid-Year Progress update, and Year-End Progress update / Self-Assessment Rubric rating. 

Teachers who are on the Differentiated Supervision plan must complete the following items:

BEGINNING OF THE YEAR

• SLO Form

• Differentiated Action Plan

• Peer Coaching Record

MIDYEAR

• Mid-Year Progress

END OF YEAR

• SLO Form

• Peer Coaching Record

• Year End Progress

• Self-Assessment Rubric
