1. Review Nightly Certifications
This function allows you to complete direct certification by matching students using UTREx enrollment data. This function saves a history of previously approved or certified students. Only new matches or students with a change in eligibility will be shown in future visits to this function.

2. Certify Students
All Private schools will need to use this option as well as public schools before UTREX student enrollment data is uploaded by your district/charter in mid-August to USBE. This function will help you process Direct Certification by uploading a student enrollment file.

3. Certify Individual
This function allows you to enter information for an individual student to check direct certification status.

4. Search Approved Students
This function is used when:
Students have been approved for direct certification and need to be removed; or
To download a complete list of all directly certified students; or
To view all students that have been directly certified.
Reasons for removing a student from your list may be when a student is mistakenly certified that does not attend your school or was approved accidentally

5. Reviewed Possible Matches
This function is used to upload a list of approved/denied possible matches to CNPweb for tracking purposes.

6. Direct Certification Downloads
This function shows users a history of previously downloaded Nightly Certifications or Individual Certify Results files, and allows them to be re-downloaded when necessary. Although a history is provided online, it does not replace the need for individual SFAs to maintain and track their own certifications for program records.

This function shows a history of previously downloaded possible match files, and the username of the person that downloaded the file. You now can re-download the possible match file if necessary. Although a history is provided online, it does not replace the need for individual SFAs to maintain and track their own certifications in their records
