    Do I need to hire a developer to integrate Fena?No developer needed! Fena is designed to be plug-and-play, but we also support more advanced setups if required.

    Can I run my B2C store alongside my B2B store?Absolutely. Fena overlays B2B functionality on your existing store, allowing you to serve both retail and wholesale customers from a single storefront.

    Do I manage my online product catalogue within Fena?Product data is managed in your main eCommerce platform. Fena syncs with it and enhances it with B2B-specific settings like pricing and ordering rules. However, you can use our Product section within Fena Toolkit to main it.

    Does Fena process payments?Yes. Fena offers Open Banking payments, letting your customers pay you directly from their bank accounts—faster and up to 85% cheaper than cards. This is an add-on product though.

    Do I need to have an ERP, PIM, CRM or iPaaS integration to use Fena?Not at all. Fena can operate as a standalone system, but also integrates with your ERP or CRM if needed.

    I have an ERP integration already—will Fena work with it?Yes. Fena is designed to complement your existing systems and can integrate via APIs or connectors.

    Can I create custom price lists within Fena?Yes. Fena supports advanced pricing rules and customer-specific price lists, either manually or through automation.
