Forms/Report

🐛When printing the Approved APH Production & Yield Report for perennials, the “Print each unit on new page (Perennials)” option is working and each unit prints on its own page.

🐛Rainfall Index Schedule of Insurance are now printing approved. These SOIs should also now be running as part of the Auto Archive process. If you continue to experience issues with your Rainfall Index SOIs, please submit a ticket: AgriNet Support Center: General Question

Mapping

🚀A great usability boost is here: the CART unit window will now always stay in front of the Mapping toolbar. Previously, when the dropdown opened upward, it could cover key Mapping tools—now everything stays clear and accessible for a smoother workflow.

🚀This new release delivers a major leap forward in mapping with all-new GPS coordinate display and enhanced Address/GPS search. Users can now view real-time X,Y map coordinates at the bottom of the map, updating automatically as the cursor moves-no clicks needed. Coordinates are shown to the fourth decimal place, offering accuracy down to roughly 11 meters for pinpoint identification of CLUs, RLUs, and other detailed map areas.
The search experience has also been upgraded: the Address menu has been renamed Address/GPS Coordinates, and users can now enter either a traditional address or exact X,Y, coordinates in the same search field. The map instantly pans and zooms to the center of the precise location and marks it with a red star. Explore the guide below!

Policy

🐛When a cotton producer chooses ARC at the FSA office and also selects STAX with AgriSompo, the ARC election makes the producer ineligible for STAX. Because of this, STAX cannot be insured in that situation.
For the 2024 crop year and earlier, the fee related to this issue was waived. However, beginning with the 2025 crop year, this fee will be applied. AgriNet was not correctly identifying these cases. It continued to show STAX as insurable and wasn't applying the 60% premium penalty, even though the producer was not eligible for STAX.

🐛The issue with the APH history module has been corrected. Previously, when users moved between lines using the Previous and Next buttons, the YE excluded year checkboxes did not reload correctly. This caused the boxes to appear checked or unchecked inconsistently, even though the underlying data had not changed.
The system now properly reloads and displays the YE excluded years for each line, and the checkboxes remain accurate and consistent when navigating between lines.

🐛The column labels on the production tab in AgriNet has been corrected. Previously, the labels were misaligned: Insured Sign was incorrectly labeled as Company Received, Company Received was labeled as Processing Finalized, and the Processing Finalized column had no label at all. This labeling problem appeared across all crop years and affected both Date Entry and Batch Date Entry.
The labels have now been restored to their correct positions: Insured Sign, Company Received, and Processing Finalized. The Production tab now displays the proper column names throughout AGX.

🐛The Rate Class/Stage (D01, D02, D03) dropdown and the override button were missing from the Acreage tab for Pecan Trees under the Tree-Based Dollar Amount of Insurance (Plan 40). Without these fields, users could not designate stages or enter inspection information, which directly impacts guarantees and payment calculations. This issue affected all 2025+ Pecan Tree policies.
The system has now been updated, and both the stage dropdown and override button are once again visible and functioning correctly on the Acreage tab. Only Pecan Tree policies were updated, and other Tree Dollar Plan commodities were not affected.

🐛When coverages such as SCO, STAX, or Area Plans were correctly canceled on the commodity, the system continued to treat the commodity as ineligible for CLIP. As a result, CLIP did not appear in the eligible banner, and users were unable to add it as expected.
This has now been corrected. When an ineligible supplemental coverage is canceled, the commodity properly moves to the eligible banner, and users can successfully add CLIP—provided all other CLIP requirements are met.

Quoting

🐛The issue with ECO premium per‑acre calculations on the quote PDF has been resolved. Previously, when ECO was included on a quote, the premium per‑acre amount displayed incorrectly in both the detail and summary sections of the PDF. This happened because the rating engine used two different calculation methods depending on the number of acres, and the PDF was pulling the wrong value. The Results tab in the UI always showed the correct amount.
The PDF detail and summary sections accurately display the ECO premium per‑acre value, matching the results tab and reflecting the correct calculation logic.

🐛The policy imported into Max Estimate with HB, and HB displayed correctly on the County Commodities tab, but the HB option did not appear on the PDF detail or summary pages. This occurred on both saved and unsaved quotes.
The system has now been updated so that when a policy contains HB and all acreage lines are high‑risk, the HB option correctly appears on the PDF in both the detail and summary sections.

Livestock

🐛The Livestock Agency Endorsement Report was incorrectly showing claims for certain 2025 and 2026 policies, even though no claims existed or claim status could not yet be determined. This caused false claim indicators to appear on the spreadsheet. The report now only displays policies with actual claims, as expected.

Document Management

🐛When users uploaded documents with the “Agency Select” box unchecked, the documents would not open in a new window when clicking the magnifying glass icon. This behavior only occurred when Agency Select was not selected during upload; documents uploaded with Agency Select checked opened correctly.
This has now been fixed. Regardless of whether Agency Select is checked or unchecked during upload, documents open in a new window as expected when the magnifying glass icon is selected. The document viewer is now functioning correctly for all upload scenarios.
