This process ensures that all systems are properly set up and configured before you’re ready to invite your B2B customers and start taking orders on your website. Please email [email protected] to book an onboarding call

You’ll need to connect your eCommerce website to Fena, which will kick off the onboarding process.

You’ll need to install special code snippets or embedded extension into your website’s storefront to display the dedicated Fena B2B interfaces. If you prefer, we can handle this installation for you!

Next, set up the B2B price lists that you want your customers to see when they log in. These can be automated or manually uploaded (via CSV).

Configure the ordering rules for your B2B customers, including minimum order values, available payment methods, and assigned price lists.

Run final checks — such as placing a test order — to ensure everything works smoothly. Once satisfied, you’re ready to launch Fena and start taking orders!
