G/L Tools user guide

    On this page, you'll find user-friendly guides for the Navtilus G/L Tools extension in Business Central. These guides cover the five powerful tools included in the extension, designed to enhance your financial management capabilities within Business Central.

    Before using the app, ensure that you have assigned the correct licenses and permissions within Business Central. If you're unsure how to do this, you can refer to the guide here: General purchase on AppSource. Please note that the guide is in Danish, but it includes helpful videos that provide a clearer understanding of the process.

    Important! Before you start:

    This extension includes three permission sets that must be assigned to users:

    1. Basis User

      • This is an essential permission set that must be assigned to all users.

      • It allows the system to load the tables when a user logs in.

      • A good practice is to include this permission in your general standard basis user permissions.

    2. Full User

      • Assign this permission to users who need to access and use the tools but do not need to configure them.

    3. Admin User

      • This permission should be assigned to those responsible for setting up the tools and making adjustments as needed.

    Ensure the appropriate permission sets are assigned to ensure smooth functionality for all users.

    This function allows you to set up your standard work calendar details within Business Central.
