Generating and Using Reports in HR

The reporting functionality in HR provides a powerful suite of tools to help organisations analyse data, track trends, and make informed decisions. Reports are categorised into Organisation Reports and People Reports, ensuring users can easily generate the insights they need.

How to Generate Reports

  • Navigate to Reports from the HR dashboard.

  • Select the relevant Report Category:

    • Organisation

    • People

    • Custom

  • Choose the desired Report Type.

  • Apply filters as needed (e.g., team, staff member, date range).

  • Select Generate Report.

Organisation Reports

HR Question Report

Provides insights into staff responses to questions from performance reviews.

  • Filters: Staff member, position, team, location, entity, date range.

  • Outputs:

    • Staff member details.

    • Position.

    • Location.

    • Response summaries.

Headcount Report

Summarises total headcount by team, position, manager, and employment status.

  • Filters: None required.

  • Outputs:

    • Organisation-wide totals.

      • Team-specific totals

      • Position-specific totals.

      • Manager- specific totals.

      • Employment status totals.

Performance Engagement Matrix

Compares staff performance and engagement levels in a matrix format.

  • Filters: Staff team, position, manager, gender, and date range.

  • Outputs:

    • Engagement and performance graph.

Performance Report

Summarises performance review data for teams and locations.

  • Filters: Team, location, staff member, date range.

  • Outputs:

    • Review title, Frequency type, Team, Location

    • Performance scores, Average Score, Final score   

Performance Metrics Report

Visualises key metrics such as retention, leave types, and gender equality.

  • Filters: Team, staff member, date range.

  • Outputs:

    • Graphical data.

    • Metrics such as turnover rates and service length.

Career Planning Report

Summarises individual career plans and provides a comprehensive personal career planning report.

Certification and Qualifications Report

Tracks certificates and qualifications by staff.

  • Filters: Date range, certification types.

  • Outputs:

Leave Report

Provides detailed insights into leave data.

Once Off Bonus Letter
