    Getting Started - Creating and Importing Contacts

    KW Command simplifies the management and organization of your contact information. You can easily keep track of your clients and leads, ensuring all your valuable connections are in one place. You can import contacts from various sources, such as your phone, spreadsheets, or other CRM systems, making it effortless to consolidate your contacts. KW Command also allows you to create new contacts directly within the platform, providing a seamless experience for adding new leads or clients to your database. Everything you can do with your contacts on the desktop version can also be done on mobile, including importing your phone contacts directly in the app!

    Stay in Contact with your Contacts - Smartplans

    One of the key features of KW Command is its Smartplans. Smartplans are a powerful tool that can automate and systematize staying in touch with your database. With Smartplans, you can create a series of personalized communication and marketing activities that will be automatically sent out to your contacts at predetermined intervals. This allows you to consistently and effectively stay in touch with your database without having to manually send individual messages. By leveraging Smartplans, you can save time, increase efficiency, and ensure that your contacts receive consistent and valuable communication from you.

    Get your deals done - Opportunities, Compliance, and Commissions

    Use the Opportunities applet to efficiently convert leads into clients by tracking their progress and ensuring no leads fall through the cracks.  The Opportunities Pipeline breaks down all of your leads and clients into phases and stages, and allows you to create custom checklists for every step of the way. Streamline your administrative tasks by submitting compliance documents directly through the Opportunities applet, and easily submit for commission through the applet, eliminating the need for manual paperwork and reducing the chances of errors.

    Market Yourself - Using Designs and Campaigns

    KW Command offers several tools to generate leads and expand your client base. Here are a few ways Command helps you generate leads effectively:

    1. Choose from hundreds of professional templates and personalize marketing materials within minutes.  All designs are connected to the MLS, so pulling over media and information from your listings is as quick and easy as possible.

    2. Utilize the social media ad integration to run targeted ad campaigns and capture leads directly within KW Command.
