🔳 How do I change my Gmail / Google profile picture?

Note: All NPAS staff and students are located in the same district email directory. Some of our students and staff have the same or similar names. Please take care when selecting the name of the intended email recipient. As a reminder, all staff members should have a professional picture uploaded to their Gmail profile. The best picture to use is your school Lifetouch picture... not the NP logo... not the Trojan logo... and not a picture of your pet or family. These images do not help distinguish between a staff email and a student's.

🔳 How do I set up a "Vacation responder" or out-of-office auto-reply?

TIP: If you will be away from your Gmail account for an extended period, like a vacation or without access to the internet, you can set up a vacation responder to automatically respond to emails. When someone sends you a message, they'll receive your pre-written email response.

🔳 How do I get my school Gmail on my mobile phone?

TIP: The recommended method is to install the Gmail app on your Android or iOS (iPhone) device. Once the app is installed, sign into Gmail with your ISD721 username and password.
