Ensure your dataset includes column headers and that there are no blank cells before mapping the fields to your form. It's important that your data is complete and accurately linked to the relevant information associated with your form.



Before uploading your spreadsheet, make sure it meets all the following requirements

Welcome to a straightforward, easy approach to streamlining the process of sending PDF documents for signatures. This guide walks you through each step, from uploading your file to tracking form progress, ensuring you can efficiently manage signature requests. Clear instructions and tips for mapping fields make it accessible for users of all experience levels. Simplify document management and enhance your workflow!

You will now see text fields ready for mapping. Click on a text field to reveal a dropdown and assign the corresponding column name from your uploaded dataset. 

You can make adjustments, add additional text fields, and map your column headers from your uploaded dataset as needed throughout this step anytime by using the tools and field details menu on the left. 

IMPORTANT: For Signatures and the accompanying date, you need to select special “Signature” and “Date” fields. 

To begin, please upload your blank PDF template by dragging and dropping, or selecting the file from your local drive. Once uploaded, the system will automatically detect the fields to be mapped. While it’s working its magic, go ahead and give your form a name. This name will appear as your form tracker!

Take a moment to review the recipient emails and the form details to ensure everything is accurate. Once you're confident everything looks good, simply click "Send" to finalize the process.
