Email Invitation to Join a Videosign MeetingThe guide below will show you how to join a Videosign meeting:
Join a Videosign Meeting (Participant)Tip: Remember to allow access to your camera and microphone for full functionality of Videosign.
Having Control within a Videosign meeting allows users to perform actions, such as signing a document, starting a recording, uploading documents etc.
Only one participant can have control at any one time.
Your meeting host can give you Control in order to perform actions, then take back Control when you have finished.
The orange 'In control' light will show on the camera tile of the user currently in control.
The meeting hosts may ask you to upload a document to the Videosign meeting room. To do this, you will firstly need to be "In control". If you join the meeting room and the meeting host is not present, you will automatically have Control. If the meeting host is also present in the meeting room, they will need to give Control to you.
