Guide for Signers - Directsign

If you have received a Directsign invitation from Videosign, you have been invited to review and sign a document online.

Directsign allows you to securely sign documents without attending a live meeting. Everything can be completed directly within the secure signing page.

Join the Session and Sign the Document(s).

You will receive an email invitation containing a secure link to access the document.

To begin:

1. Open the email invitation.

2. Click the secure signing link.

3. Allow access to your camera.

4. Sign the document(s).

5. Finalise the document(s).

Email Notifications

There are various email notifications you will receive from Videosign when you are invited to join a meeting or sign a document.

These will include:

• Invitation to join the session

• New documents in your session

The sender email address for these emails will be [email protected].

If you're unsure whether an email invitation is genuine, please contact your host directly to confirm, before clicking any links.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Can’t join the session?

• Check your internet connection.

• Ensure you’re using a compatible browser (Google Chrome recommended).

• Refresh the page and try again.

Webcam not working?

• Ensure permissions are enabled in your browser settings.

• Restart your browser and rejoin the session.

Haven’t received an invite?

• Check your spam/junk folder.

• Contact the host.
