Step 1: PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Please enter your full legal name—no nicknames!

  • Please use a personal email address instead of an ISD (school) email, and provide a personal phone number.

  • Parents or guardians should provide their full legal name, email address, and phone number.

  • For the physical home address, please provide complete and accurate address information.

  • Double-check that both your phone number and your parents’ phone number are correct.

Step 2: DEMOGRAPHICS

  • Confirm that your birthdate is correct.

  • Providing your Social Security number is optional.

Step 3: EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

  • Select College: St. Philip's College

  • Select Term: Spring 2026, Summer 2026, or Fall 2026

Select Program:

  • Traditional Dual Credit - Select Core

  • Early College High School or P-TECH (ask your high school counselor)

    • Select Associate or Certificate

  • Answer Question first in your family to attend college? Yes or No

  • Select High School

  • Select Grade Level

  • Expected Graduation Date:

    • (Format when clicking Month, Year, and Date - Must be in this order or will change to current year)

      • Class of 2026 - 06/01/2026

      • Class of 2027 - 06/01/2027

      • Class of 2028 - 06/01/2028

      • Class of 2029 - 06/01/2029

Step 4: EMERGENCY CONTACT

  • Provide contact information for an adult such as a parent, relative, or guardian

  • Please do not list a friend.

Step 5: SUBMIT

  • When you’re ready, click the SUBMIT button once and wait 10–15 seconds for it to process.

  • A confirmation message will appear in the upper right corner.

  • NOTE: Clicking multiple times can cause errors and create duplicate applications, so please be patient!

  • However, if you receive an ERROR message, please do the following:

    2. Try to submit again, clicking submit only once.

    3. If the error persists, try using a different browser, such as Firefox.

    4. If you still receive an error message, please inform your counselor or college staff member.
