As a member, you have access to a wide range of benefits, tools, and resources designed to empower you. With the Member Portal and App, managing your plan is easier than ever—anywhere, anytime.

Use the Portal and App to:

  • Submit claims with ease as guided steps walk you through entering your claim details and uploading your receipt(s)

  • Track claim history and check the status of recent claims

  • View your coverage details, including balances for services like massage or vision care

  • Search benefits and prescription drug coverage

  • Set up direct deposit for faster claim reimbursements

Home (Dashboard)

The Home screen, or Dashboard, gives you quick access to manage your personal health plan, stay up to date with Saskatchewan Blue Cross, and easily update your information.

  1. Top Menu Bar: Access all main functions and tools available in your Member Portal.

  2. Member Tab: Displays the policyholder’s name, provides a quick reference to your policy and ID number, and links to Manage My Account features.

  3. Notification Centre: Email-enabled notifications keep you informed about updates from Saskatchewan Blue Cross — stay up to date on your policy and learn about new opportunities to engage, learn, and strengthen your whole health toolkit.

  4. Quick Actions: Direct access to your personal health plan’s most frequently used features for easy navigation.

  5. My Recent Claims: View your five most recent processed claims. Click View to see claim details.

  6. My Coverage: Quickly access benefit details, claim usage, and other key information related to your coverage.
