Welcome to this document where we will discuss multi-club competitions. In this document, we will guide you through the process of setting up, display the leaderboard, pre-printing cards & entering scores for a multi-club competition.
This document helps ensure that all essential aspects of organizing and managing a multiclub competition are covered efficiently.
This summary ensures that all key elements of preprinting and managing scorecards are addressed, facilitating a smooth operation
Entering scores for multi-club competitions is the same process as a club would normally do. From the scorecard, enter the card number into the score entry screen, and submit the score. Scores can also be scanned or entered via the kiosk.
Please note: Players scorecards do need to be entered into the competition prior to entering scores (as you normally do when printing scorecards).
Multi-club competitions can also be set up to show on the Leaderboard just like any other competitions.
This is normal set-up for the host club as the competition will set up in their Event Calendar but it would be different for the participating clubs.
Host Club will need to provide the Competition ID to the participating clubs.
1. Go to the Event calendar and go to the multi-club competition dashboard
2. In the URL, you will see the Competition ID, for this example the competition ID is 313499
3. Provide this ID to the participating clubs
1. You will be needing the competition ID from the host club
2. Once you got this ID, launch the leaderboard browser, copy and paste the link and update the Competition ID - https://live.golf.co.nz/Shared/Tournaments/Leaderboard/Default.aspx?CompetitionIds=313499&HeightPx=946
3. Drag your browser into the leaderboard screen and push F11 to Full screen
