You need to be a registered coach on Swimcloud to manage your team, roster, and submit entries. Swimcloud customer service policy requires that we verify a coach's identity and association with a team. Please register with an email address that can be found on your school or team's website.
Or, you can send proof of your employment and association with your team to support@swimcloud.com. This is very important because Swimcloud takes data integrity and security very seriously.
All NAIA swim meet results are supposed to be submitted to Swimcloud so that we can maintain an accurate top-times list and team rankings. These meet results will also be the basis for times verification for your entries into the NAIA National Meet.
How to submit meet results to Swimcloud
Swimmers get onto your team's roster via swim meet result files or manually adding them.
As a reminder, you can enter a swimmer into a maximum of three (3) individual events
Please enter your relays during the initial entry on Swimcloud. You will enter your relay team with a "team-owned" time that will show for your team. There is no need to specify relay members at this time. Relay members will be specified after selection and if your team has 4 or more swimmers in the meet.
Visit the COACHES tab of the meet. Add the coaches from your staff attending the meet and check if they need a deck pass or if they should only receive meet-related emails from Swimcloud.
You may edit your entries right up to the entry deadline.
You may unsubmit your entries, make changes, and resubmit your entries right up to the entry deadline.
