Create a post within Ghost. Ghost uses Markdown which has a few shortcuts.

Shortcuts

/ - Use the backslash to see options for embedding content

# - Use the hashtag symbol and a "space" to automatically get a Heading 1

## - Use the double hashtag and a "space" to automatically get a Heading 2

### - Use the triple hashtag and a "space" to automatically get a Heading 3
