      This is the introductory section of the template. This can include a brief message or introduction to the onboarding process.

      1. Send onboarding documents

      In this section, the task is to send any necessary onboarding documents to the new client. These can include things like company policies, procedures and other important information that the client needs to know.

      List the documents below. Then, outline the processes the user should follow to complete the task by recording step-by-step guides using Scribe. Here's how:

      2. Send client intake info form

      This section is for sending a client intake form to the new client. The form can be used to gather information about the client's needs, preferences, and other important details.

      Legal

      This section is for managing legal agreements and contracts with the new client.

      3. Send (or sign) NDA

      This task is to send or have the client sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect confidential information.

      4. Send or sign MSA and SLA contracts

      This task is to send or have the client sign a master service agreement (MSA) and service level agreement (SLA) contracts.

      5. Save contract copies for your client/project manager

      This task is to save copies of the contracts for future reference. Note the location and date that the contract was filed.

      This section is for managing financial aspects of the new client relationship.
