    Papercut Find Me Printing is a solution that enables you to send your print jobs to a virtual print queue and release them for printing at your convenience at any enabled copier. No more rushing to the copier, worrying about the security of your printed documents, or retrieving documents from the wrong tray. With Find Me Printing, your print jobs are securely stored, waiting for you to release them at any enabled printer within our network.

    Using Find Me Printing is easy, and detailed instructions can be found below. Here’s a quick overview of the process:

    1. When you sign into your computer, a Follow Me Printer is automatically installed on your computer called Passaic Secure Print. 

    2. Print your document and choose the Passaic Secure Print printer.

    3. Visit any enabled copier within the organization.

    4. Log in with your pin code and select your print job from the list or select print all.

    5. Confirm and release your documents for printing.

    Where are the papercut enabled copiers?

    A detailed list of enabled copiers will be made available. However, the rule of thumb is that most copiers will function as a Follow Me Printer. Papercut enabled copiers will display a Papercut menu on their screen, instead of the usual Ricoh or Savin menu.

    What is my PIN code?

    Pin codes are always your 4-digit employee ID. This can be found on your paycheck or on the payroll portal.

    How long do I have to pick up my print jobs?

    Print jobs are held in the queue for 4 hours. Simply visit any enabled copier in your building to release your stored jobs.

    What about my already installed printers?

    Papercut simply adds an extra printer. None of your existing printers are modified in any way.

    Can I find my other printers on Papercut?

    We will only support copiers at this time. Please be on the lookout for more information in the future as we work to enroll all printers into this system.

    Does this system work on my Mac or Chromebook?

    While the system does work with other platforms. In this first phase we will only support Windows machines. Please be on the lookout for more information in the future.
