New users of Parkland Health's Referral Portal will have limited access to submit referrals, and will only be able to view the referrals that they've submitted themselves. With expanded access you will be able to:

This guide provides helpful tips for viewing and updating submitted patient referrals.  By following these instructions, users can easily navigate the system, search for referral information, and view the status of referrals. Use My Requests to view referrals that you have submitted.

Follow these steps to create a new user account in Parkland Health's electronic referral management system (ERMS). New users will gain immediate, limited access to create and submit new referrals. After a Parkland staff member has validated the authenticity of your account, you may be provided with expanded access. In the meantime, you can submit your patient referrals using the ERMS once your have create your account.
