📦 Purchase Orders: A Dedicated Page with Smarter Defaults

Managing Purchase Orders is now faster and more intuitive with these updates!

Dedicated Page: Purchase Orders have their own page in the main navigation for easier access. Find it in the side menu bar above "Reports". All things inventory related now live here, this includes the "Receive Inventory" button.

The old drop-down menu is gone! Actions like Register Model, Transfer Inventory, Reconcile Inventory, and now visible as buttons at the top.

The Cost Check Tool is hidden but still accessible via a direct link.

    Smarter Defaults for Faster Workflows:

    • The "Needed By" filter now defaults to Immediate Requests, saving you the trouble of adjusting it each time.

    • The page now defaults to showing the maximum number of orders, letting you see more at a glance without extra clicks.

😊Why You’ll Love It: With a streamlined layout, smarter filters, and better organization, managing Purchase Orders is faster, simpler, and more efficient than ever! 🚀

💼 Account Receivables: Salespeople, You’re In!

Sales teams now have direct access to their Accounts Receivable reports from the Reports page.

    • Salespeople can view only the accounts assigned to them, keeping everything focused and manageable.

    • The report dropdown is locked to their name for clarity.

😊Why You’ll Love It: Sales teams can now track outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and stay on top of client accounts—all in one place.

Access to Accounts Receivable for Sales Reps!

❌ Stock Request Denial: Clearer Messages, Less Confusion

When a stock request is denied, users will now see a more helpful message:"Requesting is not allowed from this location, as this location does not have your primary stock. You are only allowed to order from [Warehouse Name]."

😊Why This Matters: This updated message reduces confusion by explaining the reason for the denial and guiding users on what to do next, saving time and reducing frustration.
