    πŸ‘€ Printing a Single Student Report

    1. Start from the Start Page
      Search and select the student whose report you need.

    2. Navigate to Print Options
      On the student's page, click Print A Report.

    3. Choose the Report Type
      Select from the following sections:

      • Form Letters: Pre-built letters merging PowerSchool data (cannot include schedules).

      • Report Cards: Ideal for end-of-term summaries, progress reports, or custom letters.

      • Object Reports: Used for detailed documents like transcripts, schedules, award certificates. You build these using boxes, lines, logos, and more.

    1. Search for Students
      From the Start Page, perform a group search.

    2. Use the Function Menu
      Click Print A Report from the Functions menu.

    3. Select Report Type & Customize
      Same three report options as above (Form, Report Card, Object Reports). Customize based on group needs.

    4. Batch Settings:

      • Print all records in a single batch.

      • Print only the first [#] records.

      • Print in batches of [#] records.

    • Current Term – Active Courses Only

    • Current Term – All Courses (including dropped)

    • Enrollment as of [specific date]

    • Watermark Text: Choose from pre-set phrases or create your own custom watermark.

    • Watermark Mode:

      • Watermark: Text appears behind content.

      • Overlay: Text appears over the content.

    • When to Print: Choose when the report should run (now or later).

    • Report Output Locale: Select the report’s language (default is English).

    • After setup, click Submit.

    • You will be directed to Report Queue (System) β†’ My Jobs.
