    Executive Summary

    Briefly describe the background and purpose of the project for stakeholders, paying close attention to how it'll create value for their business.

    Project Background

    Provide details about the objective or challenge your project will address. Offer data and/or user stories that add valuable context to your description.

    Proposed Solution

    Describe your proposed business plan by outlining how it'll look in practice. Include the following subsections:


    Requirements

    List any resources you'll need before beginning work on the project, including headcount, licenses, and agreements.

    Project Timeline

    Outline the expected timeline for your project. Note the most important milestones in chronological order.

    Budget

    Recommend a budget that'll cover all the operating costs and resources you'll need to complete the project. Include options that describe what the project would look like with a higher or lower budget.

    Tools

    List all the tools you'll need access to during the project, such as task management software, servers, or time-tracking tools.

    Team

    Identify the team members who will help you complete the project, listing their roles, responsibilities, and contact information.

    Deliverables

    Explain the project deliverables you'll need to create while working on the project. Include the related deadlines so stakeholders know when teams will reach each milestone.

    Risks

    Note any potential challenges that could arise during the project, like competitor interference or development issues.

    Evaluation and Success Metrics

    Outline the metrics you'll use to measure your project's success during development and after it's completed.

    Approval Signatures

    List all the stakeholders who must approve the project and describe why their sign-off is required.

    Include links to additional information or project documentation that supports your proposal, like links to studies that add additional context.
