REPAIR YOUR COMPUTER 💻

    Introduction

Your computer is defective and you want to repair it. However, you don't know how to proceed... 😓

No need to panic, find all the steps here! 👇

    Step 1: Computer lending

If you don't have a computer to work on while yours is being repaired, and your subscription includes computer lending, you will first receive a configured remplacement computer.

⚠️ The courier delivering the loan PC will not collect your defective computer at the same time!

Step 2: Shipment of the computer

Once you've received the replacement computer, you'll need to ship the computer to be repaired. To do this, you'll receive a shipping label by e-mail with instructions on how to drop off your package at a collection point.

⚠️ Please make an external backup of your data before sending it for repair. In the event of loss of data, we will not be held responsible!

    Step 3: Diagnosis

Your computer will be sent to our partner repair center. They will carry out a diagnostic to evaluate the cost of repair.

    Step 4: Estimate

We'll send your internal IT fleet manager the repair estimate in response to your ticket.

He will then have the choice of :

    • Accept the quote: the repair may take ± 2 weeks, depending on the fault. Once repaired, the computer will be shipped back to you.

    • Reject the quote: you will be assigned a computer in stock, or you can order a new one from the platform. Your company will be charged for the return of the defective computer whose repair has been refused.

⚠️ Your IT fleet manager has one week to accept or reject the quote!

    Step 5: Receiving the computer

Once you've received your computer, whether repaired or replacement (stock or order), you'll receive a shipping label for the replacement computer. You will be required to return the replacement computer within 5 days of receiving your computer.

⚠️ If you fail to meet this deadline, late payment penalties will be charged to your company!
