What's new...?

Changes to Exports/Imports

1. We have made a change to the Attendant Tips export by adding the options Group By and Detail Level. (MVBO-5882)
   
   You can now export Attendant Tips grouped by the following columns:
   • Attendant
   • POS
   • Department
   • Location
   
   

2. We have also improved the appearance of the File Upload buttons throughout mvManager.
   (MVBO-5599)

Changes to Reports

1. We have added the full name of attendants to the Sale Exceptions report. This will make it easier to identify individuals. Previously, the report was displaying the POS name only. this made it confusing if more than one attendant with the same first name worked in a location.
   (MVBO-5423)

2. We have improved the Venue Summary Report by adding the Per Cap in sales based on Gross Sales. (MVBO-5065)
   
   

3. The Venue Usage Report has been improved with the addition of:
   •Active Location Count
   •Warehouse Count
   •Integration Users
   (MVBO-5879)
   
   

4. The Attendant Tip report has been converted to BigQuery, improving optimisation of results returned. (MVBO-5297)

Additions to Menu Setup

We have added a new Screen Setup option to the mvKiosk menu called Popup Menu. This screen will be accessible from the Welcome Screen as a new button with an open book icon.

Improvements to User Roles

1. We have added centralized caching... What does that mean? Changes to user permissions are now in effect near instantly! No more waiting for the change to be reflected at a later time. (MVBO-3056)

Changes to Suites

1. We have made improvements to the Save function of Suite Orders, reducing load and potential locking issues. (MVBO-5972)
   Update: We are postponing this change as it requires further testing.

2. Suite customers can now see all prior orders within the Suite Portal regardless of suite assignment. (MVBO-5806)

3. We have added an ADO Threshold to Suite Settings which can be configured to prevent orders from being placed through the Suite Portal if the threshold is triggered.

4. We have made a change so Sub-Menus can now be viewed in the Suite Portal.
   (MVBO-4977)

5. We have made a change making a Guest Name required for editing or adding a Suite Catering Order. (MVBO-5129)

6. French translations have been revised for the following:
   • Ordonnance de revision -> Vérifier la commande
   • Continue Shopping -> Continuer vos achats
   • Payment Note -> Note de paiement
   • Select to Update Delivery time -> Sélectionnez le délai de livraison
   (MVBO-4480)

Changes to Transfers

1. In Transfer we have enabled docket printing for a new transfer before selecting save. The print option auto saves the transfer and prints the transfer docket.  (MVBO-5019)

What have we fixed...?

Reports

1. We have fixed an issue in the Product Sales report caused by using the Group By option selecting Group or Event Type. (MVBO-5784)

Inventory Control

1. We fixed an issue in the Warehouse Picklist where filtering by Family was not working.
   (MVBO-5396)

Sales Viewer

1. We fixed an issue that resulted in an error in Sales Viewer when using Payment and/or Item filters. (MVBO-6117)

Dashboards

1. We resolved an issue that presented as the IT Dashboard UI appearing to freeze. The grid view will now display the data correctly. (MVBO-6119)
