Report Cards

    Saving Transcripts and Report Cards at the End of the Year

    • Do the same process for running each of these

      • Run for each level 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and save with grade (report cards and transcripts)

      • Run report cards and transcripts since some 8th graders are taking HS courses

      • Elementary run for grades K-6 

    • Choose the group of students; lower right choose print reports; choose the report you wish to run and save; submit; open and save it with grade level

    • Save these in an End of Year Folder and Subfolder with Report Cards and Transcripts

    Changing a Report Card or Object Report Form 

    • System Management

    • Reports

    • Object Reports / Report Cards

    • Find the form needed

    • Look at the body text and change the fields necessary

    • May also have to change the name of the report to reflect the current year
