Setting up your Once System. A Step by Step Guide.

If you are setting up your once system for the first time we recommend following the below guides in this order.
Once Setup is the system where you can enable and disable products, adjust your pricing and change document layouts. It is like the admin centre of your Once system. You should get this setup first on a computer.
Once Mobile is the app that is generally used on a Tablet. This is what you will use to create quotation whilst in the customers home. You should get this setup next.
Once Track is like the Hub of your system, this is installed on a computer (not a mobile device) and is the system that all your quotations and orders come into and where you can see the status of orders in your business. You should set this up next.
Finally Once Time is a calendar app which you can share with your team so they can see what you have got them booked in for. There is no license required for this app so you can give it to any of your team that are on the road including any sub contract fitters. Set this up last.
Once you have been through the above guides you can then start putting some dummy orders through your system to learn how it works. This guide below is a flow of a simple order through the system. Familiarise yourself with this first before trying to learn the more advanced feature of Once.
