How to Configure Shift Tags
Accessing Shift Tags Settings:
Navigate to Time & Attendance > Settings from the side navigation menu.
Select Shift Tags.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Create a New Shift Tag:
Select Create.
Enter the following details:
Tag Name: Provide a clear and descriptive name (e.g., ‘Overtime Shift’).
Color: Choose a color for the tag to help visually differentiate it from others.
Emoji (Optional): Add an emoji for additional visual clarity (e.g., 🏊 for aquatic therapy shifts).
Select Save.
Assign Tags to Shifts:
Navigate to the relevant roster or shift.
Select Edit Shift.
Choose the appropriate tag from the list.
Save the shift with the tag applied.
Edit an Existing Shift Tag:
Locate the shift tag in the list.
Select Edit.
Update the tag name, color, or emoji as needed.
