- Up to $200.00 in coverage is included with the order.
- To claim this coverage, customers are advised to visit the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort's main golf shop and inform their team about the delay.
- Complimentary Rental Clubs:
- Ship Sticks has an agreement with Bandon Dunes to provide rental clubs while waiting for the shipment.
- Rental clubs are offered complimentary for the duration needed.
Customers can claim coverage for the following items:
- Golf Club Rentals (Golf bag shipments only)
- Golf Balls (up to one dozen)
- Golf Shoes
- Gloves (maximum of two)
- Tees
- Coverage Details:
- Club rentals, golf balls, shoes, gloves, and tees are covered.
- Clothing expenses are covered only for luggage orders.
- Limitations:
- Items may be limited based on the nature of the delay.
- Expenses for new golf clubs, greens fees, and cart fees are not covered.
- Online purchases of covered items that arrive after the delayed shipment are not reimbursable.
