Define Sleepover Hours

  • Set sleepover hours between X and Y:

    • Specify the standard time range for sleepover shifts.

    • Example: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for an 8-hour sleepover period.

    • Purpose: Establishes consistent parameters for sleepover shifts.

Sleepover Allowance

  • Fixed Amount (Static Dollar Value):

    • Assign a flat-rate allowance for staff working sleepover shifts.

    • Example: $1 per shift as compensation.

  • Allowance Category:

    • Assign the sleepover allowance to a predefined category (e.g., ‘Sleepover’).

Sleep Disturbance

  • Assign Sleep Disturbance Hours:

    • Choose how to allocate compensation for sleep disturbances:

      • Allowance: Compensate staff with a flat-rate allowance.

      • Cost Allocation: Adjust cost allocation for specific clients or services.

  • Minimum Chargeable Sleep Disturbance Hours:

  • Configure Sleepover Allowance:

    • Select Fixed Amount and enter the dollar value.
