Initiate a New Record:
Click on [New] to create a new entry.β
Complete Required Fields:
School: Automatically populated with the student's current school.
Test Category: Choose the appropriate category (e.g., Elementary/Middle School, High School End-of-Course).
Test: Select the specific assessment missed.
Reason: Pick the applicable reason code for not testing.β
Save the Entry:
Click Submit to save the record.β
When documenting reasons for a student not participating in an assessment, use the following standardized codes:

002: Medical Absence
003: Deceased Student
004: Expelled
005: Withdrew

Inclusion in State Reporting:

Students must have a valid State Student Number to be included in precode files.β
Data Validation:
