Introduction
The digital training provider portal (digital TPP) enables you to take control of your IOSH courses, from registration through to results submission and certificate orders for your delegates.
Glossary
Unfulfilled - relates to certificates and workbooks. This means that the delegates has not yet had their documents assigned.
Provisional - relates to delegate status. Documents have not been assigned at this stage. Once they have, delegates can be confirmed.
Confirmed - delegates have attended the course and their attendance can be confirmed in the training provider portal. Results can be entered after this stage.
Complete - results have been submitted, certificates have been purchased and the course is complete.
