1. Devices Overview

  • Instantly view the status of all sensors across your site.

    • See live air quality, sound levels, and the last alert.

    • Confirm whether devices are online and functioning properly.

2. Summary & Overview

  • Click on a sensor to see a live view of:

    • Air quality

    • Sound level

    • Occupancy data

3. Occupancy Map

  • Click the occupancy map to see:

    • See how many people are in a room, where they are at in the room, and how long they've been there.

      • *Super reflective surfaces can lead to a person being shown as more than 1 dot.

    • People are represented as dots, the color of the dot corresponding to how long they've been there.

  • Great for helping to detect class cutting, loitering, and other behaviors.

  • Email alerts will include a link to take you to the sensor so you can see what you are walking into.

4. Event Widgets

  • Click into each event widget to see:

    • Data collected from the sensor (in 10 minute increments or when an event is detected)

    • Threshold (if applicable)

    • All recent notifications for that alert type. Click the dialogue box to add a note about an event under "Action".

    • 24 hour time frame is the default but can be adjusted using the drop down.

5. Alerts Page

  • Click the alerts tab to see:

    • All alerts in the past 2 weeks

      • Use the calendar to adjust the time frame

  • Use the action button to add notes to each alert.

  • Download the alerts page as an Excel file/CSV

6. Charts

  • Use the Charts tab on any device to get extra context around an alert.

  • See what conditions were like at the time of the event:

    • How loud was it? (Sound Level)

    • How many people were likely present? (People Count)

  • This helps you better understand what triggered the alert and identify any patterns.

7. Reports – Identify Trends & Hotspots

  • Use the Reports tab to analyze where and when alerts are happening most.

  • Reports help answer key questions:

    • Which bathrooms or areas are seeing the most alerts?

    • What time of day are events most likely to occur?

  • This insight can be used to:

    • Deploy staff more strategically

    • Adjust supervision schedules

    • Temporarily restrict access to problem areas

    • Track whether interventions are reducing incident frequency

  • Reports can be exported for sharing or archiving.
